I’m 17, i have a major blackhead problem…. I simple wash my face everyday though I have tried a few products. About a year ago when I had this blackhead problem I simple squeezed the blackhead out and pull with a tweezers. my mom got me clean&clear blackhead eraser and most of the blackhead on my cheeks went away, but there are really small blackheads that I have covering my nose and around that area that nothing works on…. there r to small for me to even squeeze out so i cant get rid of…. sure if i put on a bit of make-up nothing shows but i hate putting on make-up everyday i like to go natural. anyway besides that horrible blackhead problem i also have an mild acne problem…..
i was wondering if acne complex would help me out…. i wanted to try it out….
pls dont say the following acne treatments i already tried them
proactive (i didn’t try this one but ive heard its bad so…)
Clinique (it helps a bit i washed my face for a month with it and my acne did go down but i still had a bit of acne left and all those blackheads)
clean&clear (i already mentioned this be4)
neutrogena
that’s it…. any suggestions or remedies will help

Hi, I have a lot of pimples on my face especiallyon the hair line. Also, I pick a lot. Its a bad habit and I don’t know how to stop it. I have combination skin and already have special products from a doctor. I just need recipes, tricks, and tips about how to get rid of it without having to buy expensive products.

It’s hard to break the habit, but the less you pick the better off you are. Limit how much you touch your face all together (resting your head on your hand, rubbing your eyes…), because that adds a lot of oil and hands are really dirty.
The best way I’ve learned to maintain clearer skin is with blotting sheets. My favorite are Clean & Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets. They come in a little blue pack for $ 5 for 50. Mid-afternoon I pat down my face (in particular my nose to deal with black heads and around the hair line where oil from your hair makes a mess) and that has helped clear my face a lot. If you’re a picker because you find it satisfying, you might find turning the little blotting sheet clear from your oil very satisfying, too!

I have tried proactiv and pretty much everything you can buy over the counter at walmart and other drugstores. I don’t really have severe acne I just have breakouts pretty often and its really irritating! help!

Try using Equate! You can buy 3 packs at places like target. They come with Facial wash, toner, and moisturizing lotion. I had acne, but the equate stuff got rid of pretty much all of it in about a week. Then, my pimples didn’t comeback until i ran out and forgot to go get more!
Some natural remedies, like putting toothpaste on your face, may or may not work depending on your skin type. So, I’d just be safe and go buy some EQUATE! Lol, I am so enthusiastic about this stuff, aren’t I?
