Go to your dermatologist and ask about epiduo, you have to have it perscribed to you, it’s works very well for getting rid of current acne and acne scarring. :]

Healthy foods for skin – extra virgin olive oil, green tea, blueberries, cranberries, omega 3 foods like fish
The best skin care product really depends on your skin type. Clinique has really good face/skin care products though…

Ello there. I’m 16 and my diet is pretty healthy. I rarely eat sweets now and since the temperature is getting warmer my skin has gotten disgustingly oily!
I use Neutrogena’s Clear Pore Clenser/Mask (Only for the mask. 3x a week)
Neutrogena Clear Pore Oil-Eliminating Astringent
Neutrogena Rapid Clear Oil-Control Foaming Cleanser
Neutrogena Oil-Free Anti-Acne™ Moisturizer
And now I use a small bottle of tea tree oil after I moisturize. I also use Clean and Clear oil abosrbing wipes.

Go buy a bottle of plain Milk of Magnesia at any drug store or Walamrt. Use it ask a face mask 3 or 4 times a week.

i’m worried it will clog my pores and cause acne, i mean acne, after all is cause by the oil gland producing too much oil ( and dirt and dead cells)

just rub a little on as you would lotion. ive heard of alot of mediterranean woman using olive oil as lotion. alot of soaps are made with olive oil as well. i use baby oil on my legs and arms as moisterizer. its greasy at first, then absorbs completely.

The acne is not that bad but I need a majority of it gone. I am wearing a strapless dress and I’ll be embarassed to wear it if my back is not clear… and I want my face to clear because acne is not that attractive..

One of the best things I use for skin is the axe snake peel shower scrub (even though I’m a girl XD) it is amazing for skin and face, and exfoliates wonderfully. It doesn’t leave you smelling like axe either, which is good….
For arms and legs, use baby oil after every bath. It works wonders, and quickly.

Ok, so heres the deal. I moved from San Francisco CA to Fresno CA 1 year ago. and I can’t move back to SF so that’s not a sollution. When I first moved here it was so much hotter and sunnier than I was used to- and the air sucks. So I moved and I went from clear skin and super pale- to acne and tan. Nothing seems to be working- I can’t clear my acne at all. and I’m scared to use skin whitener, I don’t want it to get worse, my skin is so sensitive. HELP ME PLEASE!
