use an exfoliator a few times a week, that will encorage new skin cell growth. also, try something like mederma. and to prevent them make sure you moisturize and keep your skin nice and hydrated too. also an acne cream with benzoyl peroxide will bleach the scars a little. you can try beziclin( percription only) or clearsil ultra. its 10% bp

My grad is coming up in June and i NEED to have an acne free back by then, so i can wear my dress.
I have pretty severe acne, but not cystic. It’s on my shoulders, lower back, upper back, and neck. I hate it. It’s disgusting and no one else has it! Facts: I shower everyday, i use head&shoulders shampoo, i dont condition my hair, i use a scrub and a loofah on my back, and i use a spot treatment on horrible spots. I can’t wear a tank top let alone a friggin t-shirt! PLEASE HELP ME!!
I’m looking for home remedy type of cures that will get rid of my bacne for good within atleast a month or less! (: Don’t just respond telling me how to prevent, i would like a cure too! Try Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash and Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub. They work reeeeally well for me. Also, make sure you take a shower everyday, and everytime you sweat, take a shower. Also, backpacks and tight clothing could be restricting the air flow there. So wear looser clothing, keep your hair off your back, and use those two items i stated earlier! This is probably your best bet(:

If you can get ahold of the Proactiv Refing Mask please do so! You dab it on your pimples, go to sleep and they basically disappear overnight or within 48 hours. I swear by it! I’m 26 and its the only thing beside the Proactiv Face wash that helps me.

Exfoliate regularly, but try to find a good balance for your skin, you don’t need to exfoliate everyday. Do not pick at your face, try to avoid touching it as much as possible. For dark circles you may need to get more sleep, and stop stressing yourself out. They could just be natural and likely won’t go away. Wash your face regularly and find a moisturizer for your skin type. See a dermatologist, explain everything to them, don’t withhold information just because you’re embarrassed. Good luck.

i have like 7 pimples but they’re very red and im really scared of someone noticing them. today i just put a band aid over it and just said i got hurt.

and on my temple their is a few pimples but it is really red.

so can anybody help me get rid of this(im mainly concerned about it being red if i can get rid of that then it will be fine)

drink water. avoid red meat and oily food. sanitize ur hand often to kill the germs before touching ur face. one more thing, if ur a person with a makeup stuff and if u use makeup brushes wash them or try to avoide them for few days.change ur pillow cover every 3days. but avoid junk foods and drink lot of water.

try honey on it for about 5-10 minutes

or cucumber,

or a used tea bag,

maybe a thin slice of potatoe would work

and if you have a green based concelear, you said no make-up though
